This Privacy Policy explains how Saltwind Games ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Fortvar (Android package com.saltwindgames.fortvar, "the Game").
1. Summary
Fortvar does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.
2. Information we collect
None. The Game does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts or any other personal details, and it does not send information about you or your device to us or to third parties.
3. Data stored on your device
Your game progress, saved games, levels you create and your settings (such as language, sound and graphics options) are stored only on your device. This data never leaves your device and we cannot access it. You can delete it at any time by clearing the Game's app data or uninstalling the Game.
4. Permissions
The Game does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts or files outside its own storage.
5. Third-party services
The Game contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or social sign-in services. It is distributed through Google Play; downloading and installing it is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Children's privacy
Because the Game collects no personal data, it does not collect personal data from children of any age.
7. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the Game adds features that handle personal data (for example online features or advertising), we will update this policy before that version is released and change the effective date above.
